The works involved restoration of roofs, structural
restoration of Mezzanine floors, Interiors, Graphic Design,
Mechcanical and Electrical works and Project management.
New Design standards were developed. The planning has been
done in such a way that the teller area is well defined, customer
service desk are clustered together with adequate privacy. The
ATM area forms part of the Branch during day time and is independent
after Banking hours.
Non-conventional customer service desk have been provided.
Customer friendly teller counters, systematic Q formation, help
desks and total signage system.
